conexant wdm video capture

Hi all.

New user, moved from XP MCE to GB-PVR, so far I like it, however, my bareboxes system came with a tv card that to date I have not used since mce did not support it.

Its listed in device manager as the following (and the drivers for this are also installed)

conexant wdm video capture, audio capture, tv-tuner etc

I have tried using the h150 to no evail, and I think what I have is a fusion card, but of course its not listed.

Can anyone help me out here, what can I do to get it working?

Does your conexant video capture device have a hardware MPEG2 encoder? Many dont, and wont work with GB-PVR because of this.

I would pull it out and take a look at it, identify the specific chip used. There is a Conexant chip that is used in a lot of cheap tuner cards and you may have some luck getting the Software Compression plugin to work with it... but it takes some tweaking, and don't ask sub for help
