I recently acquired a Fusion5 HDTV card and I'm having problems getting it to work with GB-PVR. It works with other apps (the Fusion app and WatchHDTV) so I don't think it's a problem with the card itself. When I try to watch live TV from the guide, it just sits there after I click the Watch button. If I try to record, it creates the directory for the show but there's no file in it. It looks like something is missing (doh!) but I don't know what. I had a Fusion5 a while back that worked fine but that was several GB-PVR releases ago. Anyway, I'll attach the logs and the lastgraph file. Any help will be much appreciated.

Looking at the logs, I dont think you scanned for channels using the 'map digital channels to EPG channels'.

Hmmm...I thought that was only for DVB users. I did manually input the info, the T:29,8,1 type entries in the Tuning Request column per the wiki.

I just went back into config and ran the scan. It found all the local digital channels but I guess I don't see what has to be done from there. It has the list from the epg and the list that it found during the scan but how do you link the two? Does something has to be entered into the Tuning Request column? Sorry to be dense but it isn't obvious to me. A pointer to the relevant forum thread or wiki entry would be appreciated.

The wiki hasnt been updated. Back in v0.97 you used to have to do that for ATSC, but ever since then you've needed to do the scan.

If you click in that field it'll show a drop down list with the channels found. Select the correct one.

Yep...I figured it out. It works fine now. Sorry to be obtuse...I think it was too easy :o . I remember some discussion about it when it changed but didn't pay much attention to it at the time and couldn't find it in a search.

Thanks for your patience and the quick response...
