Jerky Playback

Using:

AMD Sempron 1.6GHz
1GB RAM
GeForce 6200 (AGP)
NVidia PureVideo Decoder
VMR9 Custom
Component Out to Standard Def TV
Quartz.dll from DirectX9b

I usually get jerky video playback in the first 10 seconds of recordings, namely the beginning of The Daily Show, or any during any show with slow camera panning. Any ideas for smoothest possible playback?

add frequency output of video card 50hz if you are using pal ,60hz ntsc
i dont know what country your in
and what tuner card signal you using?
use 1.0.0.16
change resolution to 720x480p
set purevideo deinterlace to auto

in in the US, already using 60Hz on a 4:3 CRT TV. Deinterlace is already Auto. Video set to 800x600, and tried 640x480 as well, same results. How do I change my tuner card signal? Where would the settings be for that?

no you cant your signal is ntsc in america so your settings seem right
ok going by that you need a interlaced signal ensure you have im guessing again that your tv cant handle a progressive signal (you may alrady have it set to interlaced)
