Rolling Horizontal line/flicker on LiveTV & Playback

Hi,

On many of my live TV and recordings (SD, HD), I have this horizontal scrolling blip (bottom to top of screen) that is inconsistent as far as how often it pops up.

At first I thought that I had electrical interference causing this, but I ran WinTV and had no issues. This is specific to GB-PVR.

I am running:

v1.0.16, HVR-1600, 7800GT, 2GB RAM, XP, P4 3.2MHz HT, Comcast Cable (Analog & QAM)

Any suggestions on getting rid of this would be appreciated.
