How to setup and use an “unsupported” card.

KWorld PlusTV HD PCI 120 (model number VS-ATSC120). I'd like to use the ATSC in GBPVR
I did the following ownload from digital-digest.com: http://www.digital-digest.com/software/graphedit.html
Idid find the names of the filters, opened GraphEdit and I select Graph→Insert Filters IClicked the ‘+’ next to BDA Receiver Component and BDA Source Filters In the BDA Receiver Component Section I did ignore the BDA MPE Filter and BDA Slip De-Framer and noteed the name of the next filter in the list( Conexant 2388x AVStream TS Capture). BDA Source Filters should only list one filter (Conexant 2388x BDA Tuner/Demod)

After That I could not understand what the next step.

Where I try adding the following.

Can You Please Explain In detail where and how I do this, My Tech level is low.

Add it to the file called "bda.ini" in the gbpvr folder since it is a digital card. Analog tuners get added to "direct.ini".

As whurlston said, it needs to be added to the bda.ini file which is in the GB-PVR install directory (usually C:\Program Files\dvnz\gbpvr).

Open bda.ini with Notepad and simply copy and paste that block of text into it. It doesn't have to be placed in any particular position, you can add it right at the start (but after the [SETUP-Main] header). Save bda.ini then run the GB-PVR Config app. Go to Capture Sources then 'Add' then on the 'Create Capture Source' window, select 'BDA Recording plugin' from the 'Recording Source' drop-down list then click 'Settings' then select the device in the 'Device type' drop-down list on the next window.

After that, you're on your own.
