Schedules Direct problem

I have purchased service from schedules direct and GBPVR will not automatically update. I have to go into the GBPVR setup and run the update from there. Does anyone have any idea how to correct this problem?

Zip and attach the GBPVRRecordingService.exe.log files and I'll take a look why the automated update isnt happening.
