dvd playback switches between colour and black and white

hi.

whenever i play a dvd in gbpvr the picture changes from grayscale to normal colour every few seconds. i can't work out why. any ideas?

How does it look in Media player?

ill try it in media player when my housemate finishes watching! it changes even if the dvd is paused.

ok it seems that playing the dvd screws up the picture settings until i restart the computer, regardless of what else is going on

Have you tried multiple DVDs?
I have one DVD that hoses media player / GBPVR no matter what I do.

have tried with different dvds, the same result for all

all dvds fail with gbpvr, but all work with an external program, AVS DVD Player, they play fine. I've tried using all the different video codecs in gbpvr config, but the same still happens.

Reproduce the problem then zip and attach the pvrx2.exe.log and pvrx2.exe-native.log and I'll see if anything stands out in the logs.

Have you tried the PVRX2.exe app instead of GBPVR.exe?
