2nd Capture card blues / Peak Hybrid DVB-T

Having trouble setting up 2nd DVB-T card.
My current system consists of GB-PVR 1.15 using Pinnacle DVB-T and all works just great (so why not leave it that way says the wife! )
but I am trying to add a second DVB-t card, this one being a Peak DVB-T Digital TV Hybrid PCI which incorporates DVB / Analogue / FM tuners.

My first steps were the normal steps - Config/Capture Sources/Add/Select source as BDA go into settings
At this point I usualy use the "Only show detected devices" however I was surprised to see a whole load of devices :confused: as follows -

Lifeview flyDVB-T
Pinnacle (my old card)
Kworld DVB-t
Ads Tech Cardbus DVB-t
Medion 880 BDA
Asus MyCinema

Confused I thought I would go down the list trying each until I gained success but non of them will work. All available options produce the same result, ie save and return to edit source and click mapp digital channels where I am presented with the "GB-PVR was unable to start the BDA device..."

Digging around the wiki I ventured into creating your own card bda.ini.
Using graphedit I can see receiver components
Pinnacle RoyalTS Capture
713x BDA Digital Capture
and source filters
Pinnacle RoyalTS Tuner
713x BDA DVB-T Tuner
so I created my new bda entry as -

[713x BDA DVBT]
TUNING_TYPE=DVB-T
FILTER_TUNER=713x BDA DVBT Tuner
FILTER_CAPTURE=713x BDA Digital Capture
PIN_TUNER_IN=Input0
PIN_TUNER_OUT=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_IN=MPEG2 Transport
PIN_CAPTURE_OUT=MPEG2 Transport

But this is still producing the same response.

Any ideas?

Your error is most likely the device number. If your two devices use different drivers, then they both need to be device #1. I'm guessing you've set one as device #1 and the other as device #2, which results in this "GB-PVR was unable to start the BDA device..."
