Sub,

I've followed the instructions in the forum and I believe I've set this device up and mapped some clear QAM channels. However, when I try to watch a live digital channel I get a popup that tells me there are no tuners available. No recordings are in progress at the time, so I'm a little stumped.

I've attached the logs that were updated just before the error occurred.

Any suggestions are appreciated.

It looks like you've tried to manually enter your tuning info instead of using the 'map digital channels to epg channels' button to scan for them.

Not so.

I use the preview window to find the channel, and then press enter to apply the info to the selected channel ID.

Should I try mapping again?

(Thanks for the super-fast reply)

Did you click in the tuning request column, and select the channel mapping from the dropdown list.

Yep, because that channel definitely didnt have any tuning info.

OK, the problem was with my method.

Instead of clicking the drop down box and selecting the info that matched what was highlighted under the preview pane, I was simply pressing "Enter" and the info was copied over to the left. From my perspective, everything was in the correct place, but obviously, it won't work.

I went down the list, reselecting the channel info from the drop-down list, and now it tunes live TV. Problem solved.

BTW, this is a new dedicated GBPVR box to replace the one that has been running virtually nonstop since October of 2006. A testament to your excellent software. Thank you.
