hi folks, just upgraded the server from 1.2.13 to 1.3.11 (and mvpmc-bin from july 08-issue to september 30, too Smile ) and it all does great (playback of mpg-files, live-tv, net radio) except for playing avi-files over the mvp. all the tv does when pressing the play-button on an avi-file is leading the screen back to the mvpmc emulation-page (where you can start emulation, file-mode, reboot etc).
is this an issue of the new 1.3.11 or is it the new dongle? i quickly rolled back the mvpmc-dongle to july 08 however, which did not make a difference.
i enclose a fresh set of logs, please let me have a clue Sad

It doesn't look like it is the dongle, or the server. Is E:\Daten\SATRecorder\MVP000DFE0BB4702.mpg zero bytes long? You tried to play it directly and it crashed. If E: is a share do any files play?

martin, what do you mean by this? i'm just starting and avi-file located on the server via selection from the mvp (and did this before with 1.2.13, too)...

E: is a physical drive located on the server, no problems at all with mpgs and as mentioned today it seems to be ok with avi-files again, as well. so, sorry for the trouble! i don't know, what happened yesterday...
