I have got some SVCDs which I am trying to playback through the PVR350 using GBPVR (hardware decompression). The way I play them at present is I point the Video Library to the location of the main MPEG file on the CD. It plays through the PVR350 TV Out, but the motion and sound is quite jerky. Copying the main MPEG file to the harddrive does not work any better. However, playing the file through PowerDVD or WinDVD using software decoding is very smooth... no problem.
Any ideas? Do I need to convert the SVCD to a some sort of other "MPEG-compliant format" that the PVR350 understands correctly? or...?
