Problem with play (CTRL P)

If I hit play on my remote or CTRL-P when on the main menu or watching live tv, a blank white box is displayed, then gb-pvr loses focus - its all rather messy,

Anyone know why this is? I haven't configured any batch files or anything.

Has no one ever seen this?

Its definitvely not my hauppauge remote as I cut my irremote.ini down to just GB-PVR, and also as I say just hitting CTRL-P invokes it.

Any suggestions? The logs don't show anything obvious.

Its not something I've heard of before. Try selecting a different mpeg2 decoder.

Woops, mine fault, I found out that key selection invokes a nvidia display profile!

so the box was nvidia loading a new desktop!
