This started as a query as why only 1 of 2 shows that I thought should have auto-recorded, are cued as such.

I eventually discovered why by myself, it was due to another show occupying the slot on the tuner, but then I discovered something odd with the time, shaded shows that don't actually record, and some odd overlaps. Read on .....!

When I clicked (from NEWA) the show Tierische Kumpel: Zoogeschichten (hers...) at what should be the 3:00pm~3:40pm slot the pop up shows the SAME show, but with a time slot at 8:00:00 PM - 8:45:00 PM. I am not sure if this is some sort of duplicate handling, but the times do not match?

There IS actually also a Tierische Kumpel: Zoogeschichten show (hers...) at 8:00:00 PM - 8:45:00 PM and this appears to be the one that will record, and is the one that is knocking out my recording Rugby Championship (L) Australia v South Africa (mine) at 6:30:00 PM - 8:30:00 PM. See Table view.

Also odd that an overlap appears to be permitted shows the show Tierische Kumpel: Zoogeschichten 3:00pm~3:40pm (hers) and Rugby Championship (L) New Zealand v Argentina (mine) 3:30pm~5:30pm.

My Cable Box Provider sends shows over DSL (I think) but whatever the medium, the result is that you can have a bucketload of channels on one box, but only ever watch one channel, or show, at once. I have one tuner for the box, as it doesn't matter how many more tuners I would have, it doesn't help.

So rather than tuner priority, I'm actually looking for something that I think a plugin called XRecord did a long time ago, and set higher priorities on SHOWS so that the show I want on the box, gets a higher priority than what my wife wants (but don't tell her).

Can someone please give me a run through of how to get TV listings working well in NZ, using DVB-S (for freeview) only? There is so much info around re EPG sources etc and I'm not sure what is relevant to me. Can this plugin even be used effectively for freeview in NZ? I hope so because it looks so cool!

Currently I just use stock npvr 2.5.5 and the EPG that I get from the satellite.

Just installed NEW 1.26 and get a "Cannot find logon.aspx" error when trying to browse to localhost:8866. What could be causing this?

I have been getting more crashes lately. The whole program will just freeze, sometimes in the middle of playing, sometimes after a skip. It will sometimes come back after a min or two. Most of the time I have to kill the program. It did it to me twice in a row tonight and I have posted the logs. It shows an access violation on memory and an error saying corrupt memory.

I haven't changed anything except upgrading NPVR lately on the system. Any suggestions or is it really that my memory is corrupt?

I thought this was an issue with the clients so I decided to try it on the server. But I get the same issue there. I watch a recording but when I re-watch it I don't have the resume option.

Anyone know if a plugin exists or a way to launch amazon video streaming from npvr? i.e. would love to run things off my remote...

Hi I got my tuner card and all the channels work but I have one issue.

the width of the tv gets cut off and there's black bars, the main issue this causes is when I go in the guide I can't see the channel number and full name on the left and on teh right I can't see the full show name of the last show.

Also when I enter a channel number I can't see what I am entering.

Please tell me any additional information you need to know and I'll post it.

Title says it all. I just get a black screen.

Recordings are OK, visible in VLC but alas not with NextPVR.

This is a clean install on a new computer. Tried reinstall... No change.
I've have 2.3.6 running on another computer without problems.

Are there any known issues with current Nvidia drivers?

Wanted to record NFL game last night (CET).
Recording stopped after 33 minutes and 17 seconds
From the logs it seems to doing some EPG update at the time.

Note! I've just installed 2.5.5, and this was the first recording. But it is odd...
