Something has changed somewhere (nothing I did...I don't think) to cause the TV Guide to all of a sudden not get populated with the data from mc2xml. I have run the EPG update several times through the PVR and manually. It is creating the xmltv.xml file with program schedules, but the XML file is not getting transferred to the TV Guide (I'm assuming that the guide gets its data from the XML file).
Any suggestions as to why it's not transferring the data from the XML file to the TV Guide?
I'm having trouble getting v2.0.2 working. I added the player and mplayer lines to my config.xml. When navigating in Web Radio is kicks me out to the main menu when I select anything. GBPVR is on my "H" drive and I have a feeling is my problem but I can't pinpoint it. Thanks.

I'm considering buying an Acer Revo R3600 as a Christmas toy and using it as a replacement server for my faithful P4. Attracted mainly by the low power consumption, since I leave the server on 24/7.
I've read a lot about this unit as a client, but is any experienced using it as a server? Any pitfalls that don't seem obvious?
The power button on the MCE remote works fine to wake the PC from full standby, but if the PC has half woken itself to record a show (i.e the monitor is still off) then no buttons on the remote will fully wake it and turn on the monitor.
Pressing a key on the keyboard wakes the PC fine.
I can't figure out why a key stroke emulated through HIP is treated differently to a real keystroke by windows.
Any ideas?
I have had my system for a couple of years and everything works pretty well considering I have a fairly low end system from HD. My problem is I have a couple of HD QAM channels that when you first run GBPVR the video is nice and smooth. However, after a minute or two it starts stuttering. Going back to the menu screen and then back doesn't help, you immediately get the stuttering again. The only way to take away the stuttering is to shut GBPVR down and then run it again. And then again after a minute or two the stuttering is back. This doesn't happen on every channel, just a couple. I was hoping someone might have an idea or two to solve the problem.
I have tried both the PureVideo and Cyberlink decoders and get the same results. Other decoders such as FFDShow and others simply can't put out smooth HD video on my low end system. Like I said, on other channels(others that are 1080i) I have no problems with stuttering.
Can I get some info on any cards you are using by Avermedia that "WORK" with QAM and analog. I am trying to decide on replacement of HVR-1600 and HVR-1800. These do not tune clear QAM on Windows 7 64bit. I also have the HVR-1950 and it will tune perfectly on the same two cable drops and two different PC's but the 1600 and 1800 won't. Also the hi-def Toshiba tv will tune on the same cable drops that these cards won't.
I'm afraid of the 2250 now because of the problems with these and the reviews on NewEgg about the 2250.
Hi all,
Firstly, MovieWiz is just superb - well done and thanks.
Unfortunately though I really do think that Tahoma font looks completely aweful and I want to change it.
Have navigated to the skin2 folder and selected 'Slick' which is the skin I am using - but for some reason there are no entried at all in the MovieWiz folder so I am presuming it must be finding its skin setting from somewhere else.
Have gone into all the .xml files for MovieWiz for the both the Community and default skin packs and changed all instances of Tahoma to a different font then saved... yet the Tahoma font still displays.
I have no idea now why I cant change the font and really hope somebody can help.
Could anyone using this remote successfully with GBPVR please let me know what software they use and the configuration file?
I'm using HIP & its working fairly well, I just cant get the auto-repeat to work well.
For some reason all my recordings for the the past 2 days were only 6 bytes long but didn't show up as failed.
I rebooted and it works again now. Enclosed is my log file which has the above error when tuning. Can someone tell me what can cause this error and how I can prevent this from happening again?
