I would like to have the ability to edit the metadata serie. For e.g, I am recording a cartoon from Boomerang and the photo of the show is not matching correctly. Would be great if the user can match the metadata using TheTVDB or edit manually the image.
Most of the IPTV playlist map the channels using the TVG-ID. Would be nice if we can map the channels using the tvg-id instead of the channel name.
I have a playlist and 3 EPG guides, not all my channels can be mapped from one single EPG source. I tried automapping the channels using the name of the channels but it doesn't work well. All my channels are using tvg-id to be linked to the guide. I use other third party players and it is working well.
When I am recording the image metadata of the show is not matched correctly. Is there a way how to update the image? Would I be able to link the show to an ID from TheTvDB or IMBD website?
Just installed nextpvr with windows10. I was able to watch tv using windows media center before I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7.
Nextpvr has recognize the (tuner) device on my pc and was able to add channels. When I try to watch a channel it gives me an error "Streaming failed" - transcoder exiting.

I use nextpvr with emby for a week and find some issue that i can't find the way to fix it.
When I try to update epg I always get an error like this: "EPG Update complete. [27416 inserted, 0 updated, 5517 skipped]".
If I try to update it once again I will get same error but "skipped" are different every time with same epg.xml file.
May someone point me in some direction - how to fix this issue.

We are having trouble with the time zone displayed in the Web App, - both the Guide and the Scheduler. The Web App is running under Edge/Chrome on a Windows 10 machine. Both are the latest versions.
The web app displays the time offset by one hour. This may be a daylight time issue as the correct time here is Pacific Daylight Time (UTC-7). Pacific Standard Time is UTC-8. The time in the Web App is UTC-8.
I understand through my research that the browser time can be manipulated via Javascript by websites and I believe that's what may be happening here.
The attached pictures show the recording time of a scheduled program in the Web App and the Desktop App running side-by-side on the server which also indicates its own correct time. Attached is also a picture of N-Lite running on a client machine showing the correct time.

I'm using NextPVR 5 and a Hauppauge HVR-1250 PCIe tuner.
When I do a channel scan, it only seems to pick up SD channels.
When I connect a TV, I will see two versions of multiple channels.
I can do 3.1 and then go up a channel and it's still 3.1, but the HD version.
On the TV's channel list, it shows duplicates, whereas NextPVR does not.
Does NextPVR support that functionality?
Also, I haven't seen any means of showing the information about the channel (resolution, signal strength, etc...).
Are these options that exist?

I have my PC set to use Standby, which works great for the most part. The PC wakes for recordings and generally does a nice job. My issue is that when I am playing back a recording from Kodi via the NextPVR plugin on a remote machine, sometimes the PC will go back to sleep if I momentarily pause or go back to the home screen. Is there a way to prevent this?
I am experimenting, attempting to end up with a smaller higher quality mp4 file. I'm playing now with the transcode setting. I set it to 480p, both for streaming and auto transcode, and the video encoder at nvidia. But my result was at 720p. What, if anything, have I not done? Should not, the resulting recording have been 480p? Help, the wiki explanations appears to reflect some earlier version of nextpvr.
2nd, when trying to use lav filters, I am unable, yet, to confirm they have been selected as the desired filter. How do I select and order them into action? Thank you.
