Is there any future planned support in GB-PVR for the MCE keyboard?

Hi.

When the computer resumes after hibernation (e.g. for updating EPG). - Windows freezes completely.

Heres how I reproduce the problem.

1. GBPVR is running - from within the application I choose: Hibernate
1. The PC wakes up to update EPG
2. After downloading EPG - I right-click the icon in the systemtray -> Update EPG
3. To get an updated TV-guide I shutdown GBPVR
4. When I try to restart GBPVR - Windows freezes completely.

Hitting CTRL + ALT + DELETE doesn't do a thing - the only way to regain control is to hard reset the computer.

The problem seems to be related to using the TV-out.

If I disable hardware encoding - the problem seems to disappear.

As I really would like to take advantage of my TV-out on the Hauppauge card - it would be nice if theres something I could do to make it work.

Any suggestions anyone?

When I look in the gbpvr.exe-native-1.log - I see the following error.

OK, love my GBPVR PC and looking to expand into the world of MPV.

But as far as I can tell they don't seem to be available in Australia. (please enlighten me if I am wrong!)

I travel to the US for work a few times a year and could pick one up there
- but can the US (NTSC) model be switched to output a PAL signal?

GB-PVR does not recognize my Hauppauge WinTV PVR2 USB2 (941). Any ideas, will it be supported in future versions? I was told by Hauppauge that the driver architecture is similar to the regular USB2 so is this just the case that the program needs another option on the drop-down but is technically compatable? Any thoughts?

Ive seen a few topics asking about this, it might have been discussed before but...

would it be possible to have the plugin monitor in the background for a button press on the remote and then execute a keyboard command (for example F12 in FCE Ultra) to close the application and then go back to gbpvr, or ideally to just terminate the process? (only enabled if you select it when you add the emulator into the list, of course) it would be nice to not have to break out the keyboard and mouse, but im not sure what you can do with a plugin so i am just humbly asking if it is possible =). thanks

I would like to add a Parallelprocessing.bat file to my directory so that I can have comskip detect commercials as I am recording. The problem is that I do not have a Parallelprocessing.bat file in my directory after installing gbpvr and comskip. Does anyone know what the code would be to write this file? I can write a batch file and just put it in the directory.

I don't hardly ever watch live tv through GBPVR. I usually setup a recording and start watching it about 15 minutes into a show so that I can skip commercials. I tried to watch live tv on the MVP today and it didn't do anything. I clicked on the button, but I got no response. The interface seemed to be hung. I tried to watch it on the pc and it didn't do anything. Am I missing something? Is there something that changed a few versions back that involves making some settings in GBPVR to watch live tv?

Plain Jane is 100% compatible with The Collection. All skins, buttons, and backgrounds from The Collection will work with Jane.
