Hey, I have been using gbpvr for about 6 months now (without trouble) and just installed it onto my new machine (Upgraded machines) Anyway, I can watch tv just fine, however when I try to watch a recorded TV show (the main feature of gbpvr) I click it, it asks me if I want to Watch, Delete, or Exit. I click watch, and nothing happens. It shuts the screen asking me what I want to do with the show, and then acts normal.

Please Help!

*Edit* God I feel stupid, I think I am missing the codecs, what codec does gbpvr use?

With the new (albiet basic) ATSC HDTV support I have been eying buying a Fusion5 Lite card, but i wanted to see if there have been many North American GBPVR users who have tried the support in the new version and what your results and experiences have been like.

Another question i had (since the DVICO site doesnt discuss it as far as i could find), is it not worth the time if you do not have a roof-top antenna?

I've just tried creating a DVD from MyVideos for the first time, I had installed everything before I just had to setup the paths in convert.bat and dvdburn.bat.

I added four files to the DVD and then clicked burn.

PVAStrumento seemed to do its thing OK with DOS windows popping up etc. and MyDVD moved on to step 2 'DVDAuthor in Process' I left this running for about 40 minutes then went upstairs to check if the machine was doing anything - it didn't appear to be so I cancelled it.

I had a look in my temporary directory I'm using for DVD burning and there is a temp.xml file with the following contents:

Just discovered this app and having some teething problems.

Aplogies if this has been discussed to death, although a search on wiki and the forums revealed nothing, but is it possible to use a Radeon All in Wonder with GB-PVR?

I have tried using the software encoder which just hangs my PC and would like to give GB-PVR ago.

Any helpful advice would be welcomed.

Just reposting this info from the official 93.10 announcement thread, to make it easier to find for Theater 550 users:

If you own an ATI Theater 550-based encoder and you're getting zero-byte recording files in the latest GBPVR (v93.10), use notepad to change the "AutoDetectEncoderMethod" attribute from 2 to 1 in config.xml.

Don't use Wordpad (it may change the formatting), and make sure Word Wrap is disabled in notepad.

Make sure to restart the GBPVR Recording Service after the change is saved.

I bought a pvr150mce and I am currently using it in Xp. The picture quality seems to not look that great, just analog cable, (there seem to be small lines going horizontally through the picture) Are there any new xp drivers or ways to make the picture look better..

I want to program my iMON remote and require a listing of keyboard shortcuts.

Is there a listing of keyboard shortcuts documented somewhere, or could the listing please be pasted into this thread?

I have it enabled etc but it doesn't so up in the skin (tried blue and Blue MCE2) having a quick look in the logs I get in config.exe.log
