  AspectRatio settings in config.xml
Posted by: Ant - 2005-05-19, 05:58 PM - Forum: GB-PVR Support (legacy) - Replies (2)

Just a quick and (hopefully) simple question: what do each of the four numbers in the AspectRatio settings in config.xml mean, i.e. what is the syntax of that setting? e.g.
<AspectRatio2>0,0.125,1,0.875</AspectRatio2>

Thanks,

Anthony

I can't seem to figure out how to stop music when exiting Net Radio it continues to play until you close GB-PVR
Also in jukebox I can't seem to figure out how to stop the current playing audio file - i.e. stop one to start another.
Any help would be greatly appreciated Smile

  Program Guide
Posted by: michaelmouse - 2005-05-19, 10:37 AM - Forum: GB-PVR Support (legacy) - Replies (1)

On the program guide the apostrophe (') is being displayed as a letter A and E together, (I think it is some kind of greek letter) while in my xmltv file the apostrophies are displayed correctly. Also the web based tvguide page displays the character set correctly. Does anyone have any ideas please?

  ComSkip doesn't start automatically
Posted by: alexsf - 2005-05-19, 07:10 AM - Forum: GB-PVR Support (legacy) - Replies (5)

Hi all,

the ComSkip manual states: "Comskip is automatically started by GB-PVR when a recording is done if it finds the Comskip.exe." However, I can't get it to work this way. I have managed to run it manually file-by-file, but I was hoping this automatic processing was really available... any suggestions?

Thanks!
Alex
PS LOOOVE GBPVR otherwise.

  Hauppauge PVR500MCE
Posted by: Danny Vega - 2005-05-19, 06:39 AM - Forum: Hardware - Replies (3)

I am building my server w/ a PVR500MCE card and can't seem to be able to schedule two recordings simultaneously even though the card is a dual tuner card w/ hardware encoders. CPU load shouldn't be an issue here so I'm confused. When I run the "config" program, there doesn't seem to be a way to choose the different tuners even though I've selected PVR500 in the correct drop down menu.

What am I doing wrong or is what I'm doing not possible?

  Configuring Sources
Posted by: cds4ld - 2005-05-19, 06:32 AM - Forum: GB-PVR Support (legacy) - Replies (10)

I have a Hauppauge PVR-150 card and had no problem following the guides to get the internal tuner configured for Live TV Viewing and Recording. I would like to also configure the S-Video and Composite inputs of this same card and be able to select which source the card outputs to GB-PVR. Is there a way to accomplish this? Thanks in advance. cds4ld

Need to know if there's an ALL CAPS XML function
Posted by: chasef - 2005-05-19, 05:04 AM - Forum: GB-PVR Support (legacy) - Replies (4)

Okay, anyone who knows XML, is there a function to make text display in all caps? I need this to match the LCARS style in my skins where I can't specify a static text.
