After enabling the web schedling and going to http://servername:7647 I get a 404 .NET error:
Server Error in '/gbpvr' Application.
HTTP Error 404 - Not Found.

GB-PVR version 23.13, also happened on 23.8
I checked this thread: http://gbpvr.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?a...f=5;t=2140 but the files that were in the incorrect location in 23.8 seem to not be installed at all on 23.13, at least they weren't in my install. There also wasn't a gbpvr website added as far as I could see.
I manually added a website pointing to the \gbpvr\web directory on another port and was able to get the login page to load once, now I get the following error page:

this is my first post so forgive me if its a stupid question.
I am looking to buy the hardware to make miy PC into a PVR.
A friend has a PVR-350 with MVP which he says is fantastic. But I read that you cannot play DVDs on the PC and watch them on TV, which is a bit of a pain (maybe this functionality will be available one day?).
So I was wondering what the dream setup is. I was planning the PVR350 for TV in, but I'm unsure about output to TV.
The Sigma X Card gets good reviews. But does GBPVR let you work on your PC whilst the XCard displays the GBPVR interface? I have only used TV out cards that output the desktop and they are BAD!

I have the problem that prior to the import of the XMLTV data into GBPVR I must update the XMLTV data.
For that I must run a separate application.
I searched a bit in the forum and it´s stated that if a Batch file UpdateEPG.Bat exists this is executed prior to the EPG update of GBPVR.
I read in one post that it might not run.
Does is work properly in the most recent version ?
If I setup my PC to go into hibernate, is it restarted if the update is necessary ?
Another question :
What happens if a recording is running at the time where EPG update whould take place ?
Is the EPG Update started after the recording or during it ?
What must I do to hibernate my PC if it doesn´t record ?
What must I do that the computer restarts if a recording is scheduled ?
Is the restart at the exact starting time of the scheduled recording or some seconds or a minute earlier ?
I've been using GB-PVR for a week or so now and only last night finally got a usb-uirt (I have a DirecTV receiver) to really be able to take advantage of what the software can do. What I've noticed is when you have a program setup to be recorded it starts recording then changes the channel, so I get a bit of one channel, then the numbers being entered to change the channel, and so on at the begining of the recording. Is it possible to configure or tweak GB-PVR to change the channel then start recording say 10 seconds later?
I´m very satisfied from gbpvr, but the last version hang if i leave Live-TV. I´ve read in a other thread version 227 is work fine with PVR-350. So my question: Is there a location to download a older or this version.
I remember reading somewhere on here that the recording audio level had been increased in the most recent updates.
I started with 0.23.11 and am know using 0.23.13 and have noticed slight distortion of the audio. It sounds like maybe the audio is being overdriven when it is recorded. Kinda like when you turn the stereo up to much except I don't have the volumn turned up!!
I was wondering if it would be difficult to add more hardware support?
I haven't tried GBPVR since it doesn't support DVB-cards which is a must have for me. I have no doubts that media file handling works good enough so I see no point to try it yet.
But as a developer I would be willing to consider adding the support myself.
Especially Twinhan has an easy to use SDK freely downloadable and if it is easy to add I think I would switch card to them and add the support to GBPVR. I got a Hauppauge Nexus card today and I also got the SDK for that card but it is not as easy to use though more powerful.
So what would be needed to add a new hardware?
Is there a generic hardware interface so one could just add a dll and an external application that does the (usually) one time configuration setup (channel scanning, etc) and then it works with the rest of GBPVR functionality?
I am in Europe and stuck without EPG,
so would it be possible to eliminate (or make bigger) this one hour Timeshift limit?
I did pause it as you said, but it still breaks it into one hour segments...
