Is it possible to filter directory listings based on extensions before displaying? So I could tell it only show me .avi's and .mpg's?

So how important is a video card (like a geforce 3 , vodoo etc) in a PVR when streaming out to the MVP?

Im having issues getting the dvdlist progto work. The html page has javascript errors.

Does the Movie List let you start playing the selected movie?

Ever play an mpeg but there is sound but no movie? I started it up, and the directory listing screen in the pvr never changed, but the sound iss playing.

When playing an avi/mpeg back. I get alot of black flickering. Sometimes its black most of the time with flickers of the actual movie, any thoughts? I was unable to use the VMR9, had to swithc to 7, not sure that matters.

I seem to get a "Test Message" messagebox to come up when Im playing an avi (and clicking somewhere).

This is not really a support question, but wasn't sure what forum to put it.

Im looking at several pvr's, mythtv, MCE, and now this one...

Does GB-PVR have any advantages over the others? (Other than cost for MCE). I like the fact theres alot of MVP use.

Also, does GB-PVR work in windows 2003?

So do you get the gbpvr interface on your TV, or do you get a MVP supplied interface? Been looking at the MVP, but the pictures Ive seen of its default interface did not look so good.

Is there a description of what all the buttons on the MVP remote do?

Is the amount of time that the skip button skips configurable? It seems to skip a bit too much for me.
