NPVR is able to record radio shows with no problems, but when you play them back the experience is not great.
As well as just seeing a black screen, which is not a big problem - I encounter the following issues:
No ability to skip forward or back
No OSD or timeline
No resume options if playback is stopped part way through
The 'This recording has been watched to completion....' and prompt to delete message comes up every time you stop playback, even if you've only played the first few seconds.
Any chance of improving radio playback so these issues don't occur? It would greatly improve the WAF in my household.

I desperately need the "MCE Replacement Driver" for Vista / Win7 as I wish to use the very old MceIrPlay.exe / MceIrPlay.exe on a Win7 32bit system and of course the old XP driver doesn't work.
It's not anywhere on this forum (dead attachments), it's not even as a stray soft on google, it's not on mediaportal either or anwhere I could reach.
Would someone be super kind and upload it somewhere or attach it here?
After going from Windows 7 to Windows 10 I can't get NextPVR working with my BT3595 card. Blackgold don't support the card anymore and you can't even download the Windows 8 drivers from their support site. However, I did manage to find the drivers and forcibly install them for the card such that I can see it in Device Manager:

However, when I run FilterCheck.exe it finds no filters at all.
What would be a good next step to try? Should I just cut my loses and get a more up-to-date card? (recommendations for Windows 10 compatibles welcome)
I am calling NScriptHelper.exe - rename in PostProcessing.bat. Does NScriptHelper issue a return code when it exits. Like 0 for normal execution or >0 then error. I do not want to go on the next step (delete file) if the rename failed.
is there a away to update just the ppv part of m3u?
i don't want to have to delete a thousand channels every time i want to update ppv offerings..
also, does -m3u just update existing channels? or add new channels?
also, i notice my ppv files have wrong total time after download..the file time is correct during download, but after it is changed to the time it took to download, not the time inside the original video..
so watching a movie that's 2h:30 long will show 2:30 in timeline while in progress, but after if i stop and replay, it's timeline is now 16 mins, the exact time it took to download whole file...only ppv files...
i have to run the files thru ffmpeg to correct timeline..
also, is there a way to just have ppv file downloaded without watching whole thing?
like hit record button on file in menu to record for later..
I just upgraded to v4.2.1. I was experiencing some issues like streaming freezing, so I thought that I would see if the upgrade would resolve the issue. This issue now is that not all channels stream when selected. I can see the tuner light up, and I get a spinning "Working" on the screen, but then nothing. I can watch the the channels that are effected directly on the NPVR server, but there is a lot of skipping. Its not a good stream.
I have a mix of RPi2's and 3's running Kodi 17.6. This happens on all of them. I've only tested a few channels, but I know channel 1005 and 1058 don't stream when trying to watch on the pi. I was able to watch channel's 1008 and 1060.
I need channel 1005 fixed, or else I'm going to catch hell from the boss. She doesn't know that I broke it, and when she finds out, there'll be hell to pay, so please find the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

I have another issue (yes I have quite a few recently), I am not sure whether I did something wrong or something changed in 4.2.1.
A while back, I had re-mapped a block of channels (about 9 of them) to a different set of channels numbers. Whenever I wanted to watch one of those channels, I selected the re-mapped channel number and watched away. But today, I have noticed that when I select one of those channels to watch, I get the dreaded "tuner not available" message. For whatever the reason, I am not able to tune to those channels (on HDHR Prime). This was the first time I tried one of those channels, since I updated the server on Thursday, so I am not sure if it something change embeded in 4.2.1 or something I did to screw it up. This issue is present on the kodi client, nextpvr client and server running nextpvr frontend.
It appears that issue affects only that block of channels, other re-mapped channels seem to work fine. It seems that npvr has lost the association of the re-mapped channels and their tuning information.
How did I screw up? Is there a way of fixing this?
I did try deleting the affected channels, and then rescanned to add those channels back, but this didn't seem to help.
The HDHR software plays those channels fine, as does VLC - so it's not the channels or the Prime, something else.

The attached log file contains the info from trying to tune to 4 of the 9 channels on the server using nextpvr in standalone mode.
How do I properly configure the NPVR Emby plugin? I have the NPVR standalone software running on Win 10. I can access my LIVE TV M3u playlist via local or remote browser. I have entered the same IPORT info in the Emby Plugin settings. However, the Emby NPVR plugin is completely empty when I open it. I make sure that the guide is running. They just don't seem to be connecting based on my Emby server log.
