I've been using the web client with the NextPVR OSD mode since you enabled it.
Tonight I was trying out a few things and found my remote buttons for changing subtitles and audio tracks were no longer working. After some experimentation, I found that if I switched the web client from NextPVR OSD mode to the regular Kodi OSD mode (by pressing the back button), then the subtitle and audio buttons began working again. So in NextPVR OSD mode are there different keys/buttons to toggle the subtitles and audio track? Or does that mode just prevent these functions from being passed to the Kodi player?
Also, is there a way to switch back from the Kodi OSD mode to the NextPVR OSD mode?
iv recently started using nextpvr to watch and record uk freesat through kodi, and credit due it works great, however there are a few out of the 120 or so channels that get no data for the epg, they are all set to use 'freesat' in the channel section and the vast majority work great. But it would be even better if the whole epg was full.
so is there a way to figure out why the epg is blank for those channels and get that working.
or as a work around i have found: http://www.xmltv.co.uk that has a xmltv file that can be downloaded, and use that to fill in the blanks, could i make nextpvr automatically download the xmltv file and use that for the missing channels epg?
I have been running 2 tuner cards for a total of 4 tuners for quite some time.
I just built a new machine & it has more PCI-E X1 slots. So I tried 3 cards for 6 tuners. I can scan & get channels for all 6 tuners without a problem. The problem is that I can only record with 4 tuners.
As a test I went into the program guide & started recording. I hit quick record on the first channel & checked the status utility to make sure a tuner was recording. This worked fine for the first 4 recordings. When I tried the 5th recording the show in the EPG turned red like it was recording. Then a few seconds later the red would go away. The show didn't record.
The cards that worked are:
Happauge 2250 (2 Tuner)
Avermedia Duet (2 Tuner)

Everything looks alright. I can move the tuners up & down in priority. I can do a channel scan on all 6 tuners.. No problem there. Only problem is recording with more than 4 tuners. I can live with only 4 tuners but the extra 2 would be nice.
I had a Core2Duo machine and have since built a i7-7700 Gen 7 machine.
I moved the database & config files & all recorded programs and scheduled listings are fine.
I watch NextPVR mostly on Kodi & everything works great. The problem is on my machine. I am using ffmpeg as my decoder. If I tune into a channel I get the program just fine. Picture is great. I can pause the show with the space bar..
The problem is I no longer have the osd so I can use the mouse to pause, stop or fast forward the show.
I have used it ever since "upgrading" from Win 7 MCE as my TV backend and it does everything I want it to.
My problem though, is that I am partially sighted and usually rely on the familiar logos to choose my channel.
Having set up Schedules Direct to speed up my guide, I let it download the logos for me not realising that I had several channels reading the wrong guide info and now they are showing the incorrect logos (even after updating the guide to read the right channel and re-downloading the channel logs).
How can I force NextPVR to either ignore the previously downloaded logos, or clear them and start again?
I have tried using the logo packs but NextPVR ignores these in favour of the Schedules Direct ones.

I have successfully installed NextPVR on my Windows 10 workstation.
I am using a Hauppauge HVR4400.
NextPVR recognises the card but when I try to scan for channels I "get Unable to start device: Device failed to start."
I am using the DVB-T
I have attached the log files & would greatly appreciate any help.
I am wanting to run NextPVR in Kodi to replace my existing Tivo which is being discontinued.
I've been reading through the forums and trying various things over a period of time but I can't seem to find anything that meets my needs.
Basically I have two Android devices, a Samsung Galaxy phone and Nexus 9 tablet, and I'd like to be able to:
a) watch live TV/recordings/videos from NPVR - and explicitly be able to skip in playback 10s/60s, as per normal NPVR behaviour
b) watch in progress recordings
c) schedule recordings
d) all of the above from both within my LAN and externally
So far I've tried:
nDroid - can schedule recordings, but playback doesn't work with latest NPVR release and developer is not actively working on it.
NextPVR Plex channel - playback is intermittent and doesn't seem to work reliably, also can't schedule recordings
Kodi / X-Newa - have only just started exploring but having trouble figuring it all out - will it do what I want?
NEWA/iNEWA - can't seem to find how to watch in progress recordings, and also some issues with playback freezing after a couple of seconds - is this a known issue?
Hello Sub if you don't mind having a look at this forum thread from Emby to see if you can spot any issues that might be causing me to not be able to load the guide from NextPVR in Emby. I posted the issue I'm having there and Luke said to contact NextPVR about an error he is seeing on the Emby logs from NextPVR. NextPVR Logs attached.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Emby and NextPVR to see if that might fix the problem, but the problem persists. That is the livetv module in Emby is not importing anything from NextPVR, no recordings, no schedule, no series info. Only the guide without any EPG info will show. I can still steam livetv by playing the channel but no program info shows up. After reinstalling both programs it is now importing the schedule, recordings and everything except the EPG still will not import and remains blank. Everything worked until about two days ago and no changes have been made in that time.
