X-newa wont start when i restart server pc
Running on rpi2
Last version of xnewa and npvr worked fine till i updated npvr
Its always just worked im not sure what to post or where to start looking for the problem
Have to restart RPI once it goes into loop (saying working bottom right corner)
To me its like the PC is not serving what KODI needs
If i untick Autostart web client it then loads (but i want it to look like pc version of npvr)
Just got warning saying unable to load newa data then tried again and it loaded
After upgrading to 3.5.7, many of the buttons on my Hauppauge remote no longer work. The rewind and fast forward buttons work. But other buttons like the back button and the colored buttons do not.
Anyone have any ideas on how to troubleshoot/fix this?
When trying to fast forward a recording using the skip forward button my RC6 IR remote, the recording freezes and eventually ~20 seconds and stops.
Attached are my logs
Oddities:
-so a recent recording (one that was recorded under this install seem to work ok)
-some of the previous recordings with the .timing.info file don't seem to advance and casue me the biggest issues
- previous recordings with no timing.info file, work perfectly.
-I am unable to roll back my firmware on my HDHR Dual to a previous firmware that works on. (from what I have read on the internet)
-Any of the BDA compatibility settings incorporate a .timing.info file in the folder that the .ts is stored in
Did anyone get a glimpse of the New Apple TV? There is this tvOS https://developer.apple.com/tvos/ which I would like to either write or collaborate on a front end app for it. I would like it to be my Christmas preset for the wife and finally rid my living room of a PC.
If anyone could guide me as to where to begin I would be truly thankful.
Hello.
I have just installed NPVR on a Windows Vista laptop and followed the configurations instructions as well as I can. The system has found the tuner and populated the EPG but will not record or show live TV. When I select live TV it shows "please wait" and nothing further.
When I right click on the tray icon and select "restart recording service" I get a dialogue box that says "unable to start service: systemInvalidOperationExceptionService NPVR. I have included a screenshot in the zip file of the logs.
please can you tell me what I'm doing wrong?
Badg.
Well as the title stated I am looking for some one in the USA that has the HomeRun for ATSC "over the air" and a DVB-S2 pci card for FTA satellite in their desktop. Also both working with NextPVR.
I have a nice FTA dish farm at my house but for reliable recording I send video and audio to a receiver that has a Hard Drive. It would be nice to just use the same computer for both.
Just installed 3.5.7 a couple of days ago and was really excited about the native support for Ceton cards. I'm using my Infinitv 4 as a Clear QAM tuner with no cablecard. It appears that there is no way to manually map channels to this device and a scan yields no channels since there is no cablecard installed. Is there someway to manually add channels or can this be added in a future release?
NUtility is outputting my Season, Episode and Subtitle so far without any problems
The Crash...
I had set update epg while watching TV
tuner set to DVB-T Channel 32 184.500mHz
EPG up via F1
Program Scheduled (checked later ... it was in the Scheduled Recordings)
Click on (NextPVR) screen behind EPG
I got an option to View Details or Continue (details are good for you)
