I'm using a generic USB DVT-T USB stick and finding no channels for the Irish Saorview service
I've done a full scan several times now and no joy
The device works fine with MediaPortal and other software I've tested

Anyone help?

I've just started using NextPVR so excuse me if I'm missing something obvious but the Edit Channel Details flow seems super slow for updating the mapping on a provider. For my xtream XMLTV I have 3430 options in the mapping dropdown so needing to scroll until I find the correct one each time is quite a task when I need to update 000's of them. Is it possible to swap this for a search box that we could type into and filter the results down as we go? 

My next issue (which might just be me misunderstanding how the feature is meant to work) when I select a group of channels and select `Auto Map` it ignores what I have selected and instead maps everything, is this expected? I feel like if I have selected a few channels I'd expect just those channels to get changed. 

(I'm also running in Docker so if Docker is the problem I can try running it on Windows and moving the files after)

I have installed the nextpvr server on my ubuntu 22.04 server and have all the HD setup for recording etc.

I have a LG WebOS tv and would like to run the Nextpvr guide on it if there is an app i can use. 

FYI i do have emby server available and can user that but would prefer the Nextpvr app if possible. 
I know i can use the web browser in LG but that is not really user friendly.

Has any one be able to install the Nextpvr client on LG TV?

I'm using OTA broadcast channels and getting EPG info from zap2it, and Hauppauge dual tuner. There were 2 additional channels I wanted (28.4 & 28.5), so this is what I did:
1. Went to zap2it listing and added the 2 channels to my favorites.
2. Ran EPG update to get channel info into xml file.
3. Rescanned channels on device 0 and added the 2 channels to the active channel list.
4. Updated EPG

Now, since I have 2 tuners, I wanted the 2nd tuner to also have the 2 extra channels, so I ran automap, thinking it would map the 2 channels into the 2nd tuner. But what happened is that it not only did not map the 2 channels to the 2nd tuner, it lost one of the channels (28.5) in the 1st tuner. See pictures and log is attached. How can I get the 2 new channels in both tuner active channel lists?

kodi user, rural Maine, cannot get ANY NBC stuff OTA.
messed with emby and plex using IPTV with kodi.
both have their strengths but...nope no good.

now I am using NextPVR with IPTV. pulling NBC from New York (IPTV) using Schedules Direct (was already user of this) for guide.
and ability to map the channel to the SD data I added makes it so I can finally watch NBC.
yeah not local, whatever.

Im back again, so I was unsuccessful in using my NAS with the inbuilt terramaster software, I am currently trying to run TrueNas scale on my NAS device after a little upgrade. again, like my last post, my knowledge is very limited. 

Im looking at using this as a home server and also a small plex server, most important at the moment are 3 apps. 

Sabnzbd, Plex, Next pvr. so far I have all three apps installed, if Im not mistaken the apps are installed via Kubernetes.

I have successfully downloaded a video folder using sab and have it show up in my plex library. Great, however once again its Nextpvr causing me the pain, when installing sab it lets me save my downloads on my drive 
/mnt/Downloads/SabNZBdComplete

this can be mounted inside plex and lets me access the files.

I then do the same for NextPVR, and have "app recording storage" in the app info/ install set to /mnt/Downloads/NextPVR/Recordings. app installs no issues, I can add my digital tuner, see my channels and record, however the recordings seem to stay within the container/pod. if I try to set the above as a record folder I get a message from Next saying "IP address:10183 says, unable to add recording directory: Directory /mnt/Downloads/NextPVR/Recordings does not exist. 

if I manually select the folder, i can see the /mnt folder but it is empty.

I seem to be in a catch 22, as the other way I thought would be to direct Plex to the custom folder that NextPVR uses, but my plex cant find that folder that way either.

 I have tried changing groups, owners, run as admin, root, nobody, and end up with the same issue. 

Does anyone know how I can "join" (for lack of a better word) the two apps so I can see the directory? 

Also tried setting the directory as a SMB file in the hope that plex could load that, but from inside next it still cant see that file despite it being added when installing the app as the "recording location"

thanks for any help on this matter, Also will post in Truenas forums in the hope of finding a resolution.

My odd problem:

Nextpvr has been running on Ubuntu with a HVR-1600 for a few YEARS.
I turned the machine off, removed the HVR-1600
rebooted the machine,
after a while I turned the machine off and re installed the HVR-1600
Nothing changed in software the computer has only 1 pci slot
dmesg says the v4l drivers install and the card is activated 
npvr says the card is not installed.  Tvheadend says card not installed

npvr adapter logs don't say anything other than it tried to scan.  Where else can I look for clues?

I have been trying to figure this out for a long time.  Server is Windows 10.  Clients are iOS and/or Android.  The server stops advertising its existence after a while.  A few hours after service start.  Server IP has to be entered manually.  If I restart the Windows service, its existence shows back up on the clients for a few hours and then disappears again.  I have gone to great lengths to make sure the server PC does not go to sleep in any fashion. Does anyone know why this might happen?

Hello, probably a feature request, but any possilbity to connect to mulitple (3 specifically) NextPVR backends?

I split time in 3 locations across US from weeks to months and all 3 are setup identical and work really well, but want to know if Kodi can be configured to "suck" channel guides from remote locations.  I know I can access each remotely so that is no issue.
If plugin can accept mutliple server address with port numbers that would be very nice.

What a way to start off the new year!!!!!

My mother's server went off line.  Don't know why.  Unable to remote into it.  Finally came back up.  I would very much appreciative to know why when anyone has a chance to take a looksie.
