Sometimes a scheduled recording on my Windows 11 Pro system with an HDHomerun Flex 4K works and sometimes it does not, failing with "recording service not running at recording time." I am using a laptop and all of its power settings when it is plugged in are set to "sleep" as is the state for when the lid is closed. Services show NextPVR Service running and started automatically. Powercfg shows three waketimers set for reasonable times, that is, for what the Web App says I have recordings scheduled, and one head scratcher (set for 2:44 AM tomorrow). Here is a snippet from nrecord.log that I could use help interpreting. It shows a recording starting when it should yet it being marked as failing after the fact? Anyway, any advice about what I should be looking at or experimenting with or changing are welcome.

2024-01-13 09:00:31.347 [DEBUG][10] about to record:
I am copying this from a PM since it applies to all UI clients and NextPVR.exe so others might want the same answers.
Quote:1. How I can change the group in TV Guide. It shows all channels
I can change the group only in this screen (I uploaded screenshot) https://imgur.com/a/hyNWkt8
To change from All Channels the group selection option in UI clients on the guide is on the NextPVR hidden menu. The hidden menu is available on most NextPVR screens not just the guide. How to access this varies by client. With NextPVR.exe, nlite or yauiclient you can activate it with a mouse or home key. Also on some screens hitting up on the first row will open it but not on the EPG.
I am also not sure if you have the Tizen client working but the minimal remote you have doesn't give much choice. Hitting long back will exit the app (can't stop Tizen from doing that) but when you go back in the hidden menu will be showing. Full function remotes or keyboards give more options. I do plan on putting this on the 123 key, I thought I had but I guess not.

2. the date on the top right.
it's possible to change the order?
I can't read well at first sight
now - 목, 11 1월 2024, 오후 8:11
to be - 2024년 1월 11일, (목), 오후 8:11
I am not sure how sub creates that date time format but I think that might be hard-coded.
I can play TV channels and VOD on the NextPVR host using the webclient.
I can play TV channels from a remote using the webclient, but I can't play VOD's from the remote client using webclient.
In Settings/Access I have checked both Allow remote access and Allow unauthenticated access for streaming Live TV / Recordings
I have a pin configured but not challanged in webclient.

I'm having a problem with some of my IPTV channels.
I understand IPTV is not the most reliable source.
That said, if I test the channel using VLC or Smarters Pro it plays fine.
If I play it live thru NPVR it's choppy, lost audio and freezes.
If I record it in NPVR and play it back with VLC it's choppy, etc.
I tried setting "UseFinalM3u8" to true and false without any success.
I would appreciate any help for what I should be looking at.
Thanx.
having a problem attaching logs; will keep trying
don't know what's going on with logs.
first I get a green checkmark then a red X.
I'm not over my allotment.
I have been experimenting with yauiclient for the RPi4 and 5 and I am pretty happy with results and I'd like to see if any of you are interested in helping test it. My target is the current Raspberry PI OS 64 bit.
It is using the same optimized ffmpeg decoding as LibreELEC so performance is reasonable. I didn't hook up CEC or any IR remotes but RF and BT remotes seem to work as expected and mirror the functionality of NextPVR.exe and other UI clients.
This client can ran full screen with no desktop manager with the Lite install (I am considering this as a self boot fullscreen environment) or with a desktop manager, I tested with wayland and pipewire. NextPVR server can run on the same RPi too, and it isn't that impactful but my primary focus is feedback from NextPVR users, not on on syncing it with the server.
I am new to NextPVR, I setup the server on RPI fine, the tuner setup (HDHomerun) with XMLTV guide data works, at least I can see
the guide data. However if I click on a program to watch in the web gui, I get "Streaming Failed [Transcode exited]".
Kodi also will not play the stream.
Initially I thought it was because I set the transcode to Vaapi, but I set it back to CPU and still the same error.
It's very strange. On initial setup it worked, but now it doesn't after a reboot.
The only thing extra I have done on the system is to connect a Samba share to use for recordings, I set that up in /etc/fstab and that works.
Any help much appreciated.
PS: It did download the log from NextPVR web, but nothing obvious.
This is a new install on a rebuild PC running Win 10 Pro Channel scan works fine try to streamj a live channel and starts reiving data, then crash streaming failed -transcoder exited.
Updated driver for the DVBT2 card still nothing. Being trying for hours now but nothing works.
Please help
Logs attached

I noticed while playing music and then going back to displaying the TV Guide, the TV Guide is painfully slow trying to navigate. If I press the stop button on the remote to stop the music, the navigation of the TV Guide goes back to being responsive. Not sure if it my system/configuration or if it is a widespread issue.
