Config problem on v98.13

[pvrnewb]

I just upgraded to v98.13, or I should say tried to upgrade because I can't run the config application.
It gives me an error "unable to load plugins provider not in connectionstring"
When saving I get the error lited below.
After several tries I am able to watch live tv however since the directories remains the default (and i have no space on c:\ ) it is more or less useless without running config.
I wouldn't mind going back to the old version but I have not been able to locate it.

Any help would be appreciated.

FWIW: I think you have a problem with your (old) plugins.
I would backup config.xml, gbpvr.db3 or gbpvr.mdb. Then uninstall gbpvr, delete everything in the gbpvr-dir. Put back config.xml and the gbpvr.db3 or gbpvr.mdb. Then install gbpvr again.

or a easier idea is to back up your plugins, delete all of them from the plugin directory, then try to start the config app. if that works, get the most recent version of your plugins, and if one of them still crashes config, I guess you cant use it anymore, sorry

I am encountering the same problem on a fresh install...I checked my plugins directory, and there is nothing there...any other additional ideas?
