Hey All!

I have a main GB unit running 98.13b (gbpvr.exe is the patched version which fixed something I can't recall off hand right now).

I have another machine I just upgraded to 99.5 (used to run 98.13b). I use it in client mode and have it set to Stream from the main unit. I use the Cyberlink BDA-Mux.

After the upgrade to 99.5 I get an error of "Failure to play file" when hitting up the liveTV. If I set the client to File Mode it works but is extremely choppy.

I'm wondering if I now how have to upgrade my main unit to 99.5 in order for this to work again? Pre-Upgrade everything worked just fine.

Afaik when you use client-server mode you need both gbpvr's to be 99.5.
Some thing updated in this version that screws up when you use different versions.

As HtV said, you've got to be running the same version on the client and server.
