This is my first attempt with GB-PVR so I am a newbie. After install and set up I can't open Live TV, it causes a fatal exception everytime. I have AMD 4400+ dual core, 2GB memory, Epox 9NPA+Sli MB with Fuzion 7300 GS nVidia graphics card. TV Wonder elite is the capture source and I installed the latest drivers. I unistalled the ATI software (not the drivers) and selected the wonder elite from the capture source dropdown and set it as device 1. I subscribed to zap-2it and successfully downloaded the channel line-up. Despite this, it crashes everytime I try to open Live TV. When viewing channels from TV Guide, if I click on "watch" the same thing happens. I did install netframe as well.
I failed to mention I use XP Pro. I have Norton System Works with Norton antivirus. I saw a post indicating there are some compatibility issues with some antivirus programs. I also have Nero and Pinnacle Studio 9 which I thought might potentially conflict. One other thought, could there be residual files from the ATI software (GuidePlus, CyberTV, etc.) causing conflicts?
