Hardware encoder card

Hey, I'm not sure if this technically belongs in 'Support', but here goes:

I have a Hauppauge Nova-S Plus that works fairly well in GB, except for a few sync problems I can't seem to iron out no matter what multiplexer or whatever it's called that I use.

I found This product (which has a Conexant Cx23416). Would I be able to get this working in GB to replace using a software one?

Or am I way off base here?

Aswell as the mux, the audio and video decoders can be a cause of this.

To be honest, I wouldnt recommend it. Just go with one of the common well supported devices like Hauppauge PVR150 or ATI 550 etc.
