HI

I recently upgraded to PVRx2 and at the same time switched over to the OTA listings (in the UK).

Just before christmas MY EPG update stopped working properly. The EPG was full of shows but ones that said no Details. I tried manually updating the EPG but it finished almost instantly and did not scan anything. I had to leave it for a week while I went on holiday and when I came back still the same problem. I eventually solved it by deleting all the epg files from my recordings folder. I today found the patch here

http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=31290

If I apply this will it solve my issue or is it some other problem

Thanks for your help

kind regards

Hit the 'update epg' button in your capture source settings, then wait for it to complete then zip and attach the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log.

Delete all the files that start with the name "gbepg-" in your D:\Recordings directory and it should start working again.

This bug is fixed in the next release.
