Application Hange

I've got my system running but I can only get one tuner to work properly. I have a Pinecle HD Pro Stick USB which works fine and I also have a Vbox DTA 150 PCI card installed. I had it working previously but had some hardware problems (HD) and and to reinstall windows from scratch. When adding capture devices in the config app, if I click the show only connected device it will show up but the Vbox Cats Eye USB 3650 (USA-A 3560) which I have no idea why that would show up. Anyway, if I select the Cats Eye DTA 150 and try to map digital channels to the EPG it will lock up my system and I will have to reset it to get it working again. Sometimes it will even scan for a few channels first before it locks up. I will attach the log directory as well in case there is something in there.

I get this message in the system event log:

Now these may mean less to you than they do to me but just thought I'd give it a try.

Sorry, I dont know what to suggest. I cant see anything obvious in the logs.
