EPG Problem

Hello,
Installed GB-PVR for the first time today I seem to have a problem with the EPG. I'm using a Hauppauge Nova T500 Digital TV card in the UK. When I scan for channels, I get extra audio channels for some stations e.g. bbc1 and 2. The EPG shows the line-up in the audio channels however, if you try to watch the so-called audio channel, there is no audio. The channel without the EPG information has audio and visual signals.
Any ideas?

Try setting it up again, but this time only enable the channel with the primary audio. The secondary ones carry the visually impaired commentary, which very rarely has anything on it.
