Search your entire c: with explorer. Also wiping a folder in Vista requires that you have administrator rights.

Even if you don't wish to use ZProcess, download it again, and open ZProcess2.exe. Click "GB-PVR Settings" and then click 'Remove All Refs'. You can delete the ZProcess files afterward
