Re-installed GBPVR got all lost channels back but sill no prime etc.
I have run filtercheck and attached the log, not sure what to do next?

I dont really have any advice for you. Either its not scanning the correct frequency for the Kordia mux in your region, or your reception of this frequency is marginal.

Great! got prime and all other channels on the kordia mux! Your last post gave me a clue about corret frequency, in GB-PVR config under misc ther was an option "explicitly scan DVB-T offset frequncys, so after I enabled that it worked!
Timeshift works and record, just having problem trying to get channels the DVB-S tuner of my card, can't find them on Optus D1 or optus D1 NZFTA scans.
Getting all the encripted sky channels and TV1 TV2 and thats all.
Sorry if I'm a pain in the bum.
