Problem updating EPG on SBS

sub have you got any thoughts on this one?

I have been getting voice helpdesk calls from peanut & I don't know the answer, I know his batch file & dvbtoxmltv config is fine as it is basically a copy of mine & mine works flawlessly, also because it works OK when he updates through the System menu I would say that proves it can work. I am stumped as to why it won't work from updateepg.bat when called automatically but does when run manually?

I would try running ReRegisterFilters.bat. If you're on Vista or Win7, you'll probably need to do that from a command prompt started with 'run as administrator'.
