GB-PVR "freeze" durning DVD playback

I have a similar (but perhaps not related) problem with DVD playback - when it asks if you want to resume it will sometimes (often) hang for ages (often longer than I or the wife can be bothered to wait but sometimes it comes to life before we've got round to a forced restart) so a task manager/kill (or if you're the wife, turning it off and on again) is required. I'm running win7x64 with SAF. This is always playback from the disk, not iso rips.
