Website login problem

Hi,
After using gbpvr for several weeks now without problems ive just had a go at using the webpage. On my localhost it works fine, logs in ok and i can use it without a problem. I opened port 7647 on my firewall and tested it externally. I can get to the login page ok but when i type my username and password in i get a message that they are incorrect. I know they arent because i can use them locally. I have tried resetting it but externally it still doesnt work.
Am i missing something?

Have you tried it with the autologin option? That will bypass the login screen.

How do you set it to autologin? i cant see a check box for that?

Are you talking about an external hardware firewall (like in a router) or a software firewall (like the one in XP SP2)?

When you turn on the web admin server during the configuration, you replace the "admin" default user with "autologin".

thanks alot for the info. I've still no idea why my login/password doesnt work from the internet but autologin works fine!
