A friend of mine and I are both having the same problem with v0.98.13 and the Kworld 110 digital tuner.

It looks like something is going wrong during a scheduled recording. GBPVR still thinks that it is recording the show long after the show has been over.

In addition, subsequent scheduled shows fail to record, and the original recording that GBPVR thinks that it is still recording is unplayable.

Has anyone else seen this?

My friend thinks that the tuner is losing the signal during the original show, and this is what is causing the initial problem.

I have noticed that it happens on shows that immediately follow each other, but this may just be a coincidence.

I have applied all of the gbpvr.exe replacements from the survival guide. I don't know if my friend has or not.

BTW - does each subsequent gbpvr.exe have all of the cumulative patches mentioned in the survival guide, or does each version just apply to the specific issue mentioned in its post?

Thanks for your help, and I really appreciate all of the time that you spend developing and supporting this awesome application.

GBPVR actually convinced my wife to allow a computer back in the living room -- never thought that I would see the day.

Zip and attach the logs and I'll see if I can see anything.

I only maintain one master build of GB-PVR, so patches are cumulative and will contain all earlier patches to the same file.

This happened frequently before the latest version which scans channels. It is most likely due to poor signal.
