Nah. Like Dandus says, any old PC power cord does the trick.

well i ordered mine from the nl, and it arrived within the week..
no waiting no problems, can even get them to bung in a HDD for afew extra euros..

they open the box and stuck a uk power lead in, so no probs at all, came with a braided hdmi cable, and a power jack for a 3.5 hdd to connect to the board

only problem i found was the screw holes for securing the hdd were in the wrong place (by about 5 mm) so unable to secure like that, went for a bit of double sided sticky foam stuff

does feel a bit cheap, but seems to do the trick playing files fine from the share on my main box, altho took an age to copy files onto it.. maybe a setting im missing...

I've ordered my Popcorn Hour today from a UK supplier, and would like to know what the best cable option would be to get the best picture/sound from the box.

I unfortunately don't have a HDTV yet, still have a cathode ray TV (Toshiba 32ZD98B).

I presume an S-Video to Scart cable? And if that's right, would that cable carry sound as well?

I think that someone was using a component to scart cable - but not sure if your TV actually accepts a component signal.

For the sound, you could wire up your own scart cable with the L+R audio feeding in as well as the svideo, or buy one of those pre-made.
