Setup for ATI 650 PCIe Dual Card

Aloha
I have downloaded and tried to setup my card, but have not been successful yet. Is there a simple step by step? I get it to scan ok, but can not get the EPG channels to show up. I am running Vista Hone Basic 32 bit. Any suggestions?
