I've not attempted such an coupling, but I believe HIP is the prescibed ointment for that. http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Tips/...rdware.HIP

At first for the life of me I couldn't figure out what you were referring to... what's so wrong with 668 posts I wondered? I thought maybe you were saying I post too much... I do, but if THAT's the thanks I get for trying to help then.... then it suddenly occurred to me I had posted 2 times since you saw my post count; 668-2= ahah... bing!

yeah the whole 66_ you know what freaks me out.Big Grin thanks for the replies.

here is where I am at so far. I tried to get this program running and had a hard time of it. so I migrated over to that media something forum to see if I could get that running, and granted, it is a nice looking interface but the help over there sucks!! I guess everyone just assumes you have four years of programming or something. I even burnt my os trying to configure it.

anyway, I came home.Big Grin The one thing that I was having the hardest time before was the first thing I conquered. the epg. unfortunately I cant get any picture to go with it. well, I guess Im going back to the old drawing board as they say. gotta go read some and figure out why Im not getting any channels...
