any more ideas please? the old software that the card came with could find all the local channels fine so they are there on the antenia.

could it be looking at the wrong input? that card can record of comp. and analog as well?

No, it wont be that. The analog side of the card uses different filters.

what about the channel changer? what should that be set to?

It should be set to "No channel changer required".

well, when i say the old software i mean the software that came with the card. and it worked better with the newer drivers. this is the first time i have tryed to use gbpvr. i was using it with an old analoge card but now i want to be able to use the Digital one.

any idea how to get those old drivers? just to give it a go and see if it cures my problems? will i have to revert back to the old INI file too?

I was having a similar non-detection problems but I seem to have got over it by following similar steps to yours in the BDA.ini file:

I'm detecting channels now but I've only seen one image so far.

My Compro details are:
Software: ComproDTV 2.8.0.3 (says "ComproDTV 2.5" in the main splash screen and download areas)
Drivers; version 1.3.3.9

Bugger, no luck. Will not detect channels.
