folders with ".." problem

Not a big deal, just a little bug when browsing for videos and music. A folder that has a ".." is unbrowsable. It always takes you to the parent directory as if it's the one and only ".." that is supposed to take you to the parent directory. For instance, I have a folder named [Hot Dog... The Movie - 1984]. I can not browse to it because it has a ".." in it.
