wintv PVR USB2

Hello all,
Â Â Â Â Â Is it possable to playback via the WinTV-PVR-usb2 tvout function or do i have to use tvout on my video card ?

The WinTV-PVR-usb2 doesnt have a TV-out. It only has TV-in.
