99.5 keeps crashing while navigating menu - never crashes in playback. I hope I included all the files you need.

When this happens, does a file get created in c:\windows\minidump?

I can't find the minidump directory in c:\windows so I assume that is a no. I have WinXP Pro in case that matters.

You could try the attached patch. It'll crash a bit more fatally, but will hopefully result in a mini dump I can analyse.

I have been watching enough TV and it has been crashing enough for me to finally find time to zip and email the logs. Hopefully you can find something this time. Still no minidump directory.

I'm not really sure. Without a dump file I've got pretty much nothing to go on.

does only GBPVR crash or does your machine crash (with reboot)? if a complete crash, check what's configured to do. if it's set to automatic reboot & write no dumpfile, change that.

Does the error message mention any specific dump file? It sometimes not created in c:\windows\minidump
