Do you have any plugins installed? If so, can you try removing all the files from your plugins directory temporarily to see if it helps?

I'll get all the possible details next time.

I'll try that too.

I have a problem (see thread http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=23741 in plugin support -Fatman_do is helping me resolve the problem) following the installation of 99.5 and the selection of the community skin or when I have activated the screen saver using the blue skin. While I am away from the computer and the navigating screens are displayed on the TV (but not the playback), the screen on the TV will freeze in a manner that I need to logoff the profile to regain access to the menus (sort of a crash). I haven't called it a crash per se, as GBPVR can stil record programs in the background but it might be a similar problem. In my case, my best guess is that I have chose an option that is incompatable with my system. Is your problem similar to mine?

It has crashed again without plugins and without the MVP server. I couldn't find where the error report mentions a specific dump file. The following is what I could copy:
AppName: gbpvr.exe AppVer: 1.0.2566.10798 AppStamp:0000001b
ModName: msvcr80.dll ModVer: 8.0.50727.42 ModStamp:4333a455

Unfortunately its virtually impossible for me to tell why you're getting this without a dump file.

You might need to do this: http://forums.gbpvr.com/showpost.php?p=1...tcount=156

I got ADPlus configured on my box as well last night. It's closed abruptly almost every night this week... usually when I exit out of a record(ed|ing) show that we were watching. So I found some time to get ADplus ready to capture the crash tonite or within the next day or two.

Sub, what information will you need that ADPlus generates? It initially creates a folder when you start it and stores a few log files in there, the docs say it writes something to the eventlog as well.

I really hope we can nail this down. BTW, if you want to see my install log of which drivers I'm using and such, visit the link in my sig and see the install_log.txt file. I just updated it with the latest changes. Thanks.

I think it generates a summary text file and a dump file. The summary text file will be the first thing I'd want to look at. If that doesnt give us what we need, then I might need to look at downloading the huge dump file.
