Installation problem in XP

Downloaded program correctly. However during attempt to install, I get the following error reports : Error 2908 (with details) Error 1935 ( Error occurred during installation of assembly with details).
Anybody know how I can get around this and complete the installation (Hauppage PVR150)?

Sorry, Found I already have it. Must have come in with the program. Shows up in my completed download file.

Its also mentioned on the front page of http://www.gbpvr.com as a requirement. You have to have it installed before installing GB-PVR.
