Quality Problem, need help

I just received my tv tuner yesterday and set it up with gbpvr today.
the tv turner is Radeon Theatrix 650 PRO
I don't know what the picture quality supposed to be, but mine seem to be horrible...
it should be basic cable tv ( not sure) this service is offered by my university.
Should i exchange other video turner card?

can someone send your capture let me know what it suppose to be.

That is probably close to normal for Standard Definition cable picture. I am not necessarily the best judge of that, as I use GBPVR on a SD television (with a Theater 550).

When I am at home, I will do a print screen and put it up for you to compare to.

I think to get a better picture, you will need to upgrade to an HD signal.

Now, if that is already HD, then yes, there is a problem.
