Minor Config.exe problem

I installed the weather plugin and the weather icons, and now when I go to config.exe it starts with "Windows is configuring your installation. I think that means that something changed in the installation, but how do I figure out what?

If the MSI installer tries running, it usually adds a message into the Windows Event Viewer telling you why.

Thanks, Sub, I moved taglib-sharp into the plugins/musiclibrary2 folder, and that was the problem I placed a copy back and it's all fine now.
