I am using Schedules Direct for my EPG. I noticed the other day that there is no information for any shows on WGN. When investigating this, I realized that the TV Guide on gbpvr shows 2 WGN channels (WGNAMER and WGNSAT). The one is the one I expect and the other one is a channel that my cable service does not even provide. I checked and gbpvr has show info. for the one that I don't get and they match what I have found for the other one. I also logged in to Schedules Direct and they show the exact lineup that I expect. Is there a way to get the TV Guide in gbpvr to match what Schedules Direct is showing? I suspect that when I originally set things up, Schedules Direct may have had an incorrect lineup, but has now been correct.

I had the same thing happen, and I stopped getting EPG stuff for the correct one altogether. So I went into the capture card settings, unchecked the old, correctly tuned one with no new EPG, and then changed the channel on the new one so it would be right and I wouldn't have to guess which was which in the TV Guide.

I suspect the name was changed at some stage. Go into the capture source channel list and delete both the WGN channels, then hit the 'update epg' button to pull in the listings.

If the name doesnt match what you'd expect, I'm sure it'll be the name Schedules Direct is supplying. You can log into the Schedule Direct website and edit your lineup to see the names.

I tried that with no luck. After doing that, the channels showed up correctly under the capture source, but under the channels tab they are still wrong and also in the TV guide.

Did you check the name in your Schedules Direct line up on their website?

Yes and the name of the channel I get is what shows up under the capture source, but now what shows up under the Channels tab of the config. or in the TV Guide.

Are you saying you see the correct name in the config app capture source, but not in the TV Guide?

Is the incorrect channel listed in the 'Channels' tab of the config app?

You are correct. The correct channel name is shown for the capture source. The TV Guide and the Channels tab of config both have the incorrect channel name.

Are you on Vista? If so, try deleting the "C:\Users\<your account>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\Devnz" directory.

If you're not on Vista, or that doesnt help, I'll get you to zip and email me yougbpvr.db3 database file. I'll PM you my email address.
